My business has been a little on the quiet side this year. Truth is I've been focusing on being a Momma. Our boy turned 4 last weekend... four! And our little Bean is already 8 months old. This year has flown by and most of it has been about family time. I love my job as a photographer, but there are times when I know I need to take a step back from it and spend some time on my own family. The other night I grabbed my camera and had a lifestyle mini-session with my husband and kids. Nothing fancy, just all of them hanging out in our backyard with the dogs. Real life- bare feet, messy hair, play clothes and relaxed fun. 
 Another beautiful event by Laura Ferrick of Eclectic Affairs! The Historic Millerton Courthouse at Millerton Lake was a gorgeous backdrop for a relaxed wedding and reception.
